I've always loved the drums. As a little kid I used to beat on anything I could get my hands on; buckets, siblings, tables - it didn't matter.

I finally got a chance to beat on things constructively as a band geek in middle/high school. I continued to play afterward for fun and stress relief.

In 1997, I met the guys and joined them in a band called Village Idiot. A year later, eeriearq was born.

Beyond playing, the band gives me a chance to be the resident art geek as well. I love the music and the creativity. It's such a cool thing to see how the ideas evolve into songs , and those songs and concepts become the finished cd product. I enjoy this immensely, I hope our listeners do too.
